Charities in the USA, the UK and France have been set-up with legal structures and tax deductions facilities with the aim to raise funds for Zip Zap in South Africa.

Dollars, Pounds and Euros go a long way when transferred into Rand.

Educational background
Electrical engineer - School of Mechanics and Electricity (ESME) in PARIS – Graduated in 1981
MIlitary service in 1982 and 1983 Cooperation in Algeria as teacher on scientific and technical subjects (Maritime higher institute of Bou Ismaïl).

Work experience
First job with CGEE Alsthom in 1983
Joined the SNCF - French National Railway Company - in 1988 in the technical department with 30 workers to manage
Then moved up to 70 workers until, 100 workers unit, 170 workers unit, in charge of the maintenance of passengers coaches.
From 1996 to 2001 Piere was also President of the Committee on Safety and Health at Work (workshop asbestos removal project).
Until 2005 he worked on the reparation of the launch of TGV workshop in Lyon (150 Million €euros budget).
In 2006 He became the manager of the Locomotives activity at the Industrial Technical Centre of Oullins and Industrial deputy director,
In 2008 he was the business manager of the industrial technical centre of Oullins in France
He retired in 2016 and after a few months holiday went into a private venture with a friend to run a wine shop
