ArtisticOne unique aspect of Zip Zap is that not only are the children given an open and free space to train and play, but they are given the opportunity and challenged to put into practice what they learn. Besides corporate sponsorship, all of Zip Zap's income is earned by the performances put on by the children. They are involved in every aspect of the show from script-writing to directing, costumes to rigging and sound to performing. When Zip Zap is hired for a show, not only does it give the kids an opportunity to show their talents on stage, but also imbues in them a sense of responsibility and accomplishment when they earn money to keep their school running.
