Zip Zap co-founder, Laurence Estève has been invited to be the president of the jury for this prestigious festival.
Founded in 1977 by Isabelle and Dominique Mauclair, The Festival is about a passion. They imagined an exceptional event where, for the first time, young circus artists will have the opportunity to present their art to an international jury and curious and enthusiastic audience.
Now directed by Alain M. Pacherie, The Festival welcome every year dozens of acrobats, tightrope walkers, clowns, jugglers and trapeze artists in the most beautiful city in the world and confront their hopes and energies. Over editions, the emotion, intense, remains intact.
The dream of a Zip Zap Academy is soon to become a reality. New premises in Salt River will offer the much needed space to allow more little feet to benefit from the circus magic absolutely free of charge. It is through friends like the Parlotones and Artscape who collaborate on this unique fundraiser that the goal of daring kids to dream continues to grow.
The Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain is a reference, listed on the agendas of all those who love Circus. Artists, former winners, agents, producers and fans of the circus arts meet under the big top of the Cirque Phenix and share some of the most precious moments of the circus season.
